4/1-4/5 Week in Review

Hello Friends,

Word of the week: Refresh

Returning from Spring Break, it was wonderful to reunite and sense the collective desire to begin the week feeling rejuvenated and revitalized.

Exciting developments are underway at the Hudson River Maritime Museum as we near completion of the boat project. The installation of a seat marks a significant milestone, showcasing the tangible progress we've made. We are getting closer to the step of choosing the perfect color for the boat. While purple remains a firm favorite among the fellows, we look forward to reaching a consensus on the ideal shade through collaborative decision-making.

At CPW we dedicated our efforts to finalizing the editing of photos for People’s Place. These meticulously curated images, destined for the organization's website and marketing materials, underwent a process of refinement to ensure they exuded a professional quality. From strategic positioning to lighting techniques, every detail was meticulously crafted to impart a sense of freshness and appeal.

As we welcome new applicants for the 2024-2025 year, we organized our inaugural community pizza event, inviting community members, prospective applicants, alumni, and friends. The ambiance was filled with laughter and a fresh excitement for pizza making. We look forward to seeing you at the next gathering on Thursday, May 2nd, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.

As April showers fall, remember they bring May flowers. Let this renewal bring fresh energy and vitality to us all this month.

Wishing you all a week filled with inspiration, collaboration, and refreshing moments.

Have a good weekend,
