Tina Dierna (she/her/hers) is an experienced Social Worker born and raised in the Hudson Valley and living in Kingston, NY. While working as a caseworker for eight years with the Ulster County Social Services Department she started a family and got her Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University. In 2015, Tina became a high school social worker for Kingston City School District and after a summer of volunteering to build a tiny home with five of her students, Tina became an Internship & Career Coordinator. Shortly after, she gained the added position of Transition Coordinator for Kingston High School. She is also a Health & Wellness Lifestyle Coach focusing on the transformation of health, wealth, and happiness through small changes in lifestyle with lasting impact. When Tina is not helping others, coaching hockey, or hanging outdoors with her daughter, she is working on her new passion project, The Coop Concept, an opportunity she is creating for youth to develop work readiness skills with paid internships in land stewardship and creative regenerative hospitality.
