Place Corps at Omega: Growing Food Everywhere

Place Corps kicked off the year with the month long Ecological Literacy Immersion Program at the Omega Center for Sustainable Living. Our cohort member, Jordan Williams, shares his thoughts after an intensive weekend all about how to grow food everywhere—from lawns and windowsills to schools and urban lots.

Guided by farmers Deb Habib and Ricky Baruch of Seeds of Solidarity, ELIP participants dived deep into gardening as a personal and community practice.
