APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We will begin reviewing 2022 TBD until the program is fully registered. *Sign up here to be notified when applications open.

Submit the following: 

  1. Completed application form

  2. Upload a copy of college transcripts/or portfolio with application

  3. A letter of recommendation from a current or former teacher, professor or employer. This letter must be sent directly to info@placecorps.org by your referrals at the time of your application.

Step 2

Place Corps Director Dawn Breeze will schedule a time to speak on Zoom or Skype. This interview ensures that our program is the right fit and presents an opportunity for you to ask Dawn any questions you might have about the program.

Step 3

Successful applicants will be notified by email within ten working days of the interview. At this time applicants must complete and return the agreement form, and pay the 10% deposit. 

Complete and return:

  1. Medical Form

  2. Travel Information

  3. Resident Questionnaire

The forms can be mailed or scanned and emailed to info@placecorps.org. Please be sure to complete all sections of the forms.

Step 4

Tuition payment due TBD.

Step 5

When you are ready to pack for your trip to Place Corps at Hawthorne Valley, please be sure to read through our packing suggestions.
