Lacto-Fermentation 101
Learn how to make a batch of sauerkraut, with Fellowship alumnus Eleanor Alford. A lacto-fermentation staple for good gut health and a yummy hotdog condiment! Participants will make and leave with a batch of take-home sauerkraut with an overflow of inspiration. Once you know the basics of fermentation the kitchen of curiosity bubbles over! All materials provided.
