The elements of a full life are holistic, meaning they address the ‘whole’ person. Work is one aspect of a holistic life, money is another aspect, along with community, relationships, spirituality, knowledge, beauty, and more.

 

What are the essential elements for me to live a full life?

We all have different callings, interests, challenges and values and a full life looks different for each of us, with different values, goals and priorities at the center. You have the agency to decide what is essential to you and you will need to exercise this agency in order to make sure you protect your relationship to aspects of life beyond work and financial status.
